Liquid Treatment termidor

The goal of a traditional liquid treatment is to create a consistent barrier around and under your home to deny termites access to your home.

The liquid treatment involves trenching the interior and exterior of the foundation wall and drilling and treating masonry voids, slabs and porches. As termites tunnel through treatment zones in search of food, they are exposed to the liquid pesticide. As affected termites spread the material through contact with other termites, they reduce the population of the colony.

Bait Treatment advance

A termite baiting system’s goal is total colony elimination. To achieve elimination, a systematic baiting program must be implemented.

Termite monitoring stations are strategically placed around the exterior of your home and in common infestation areas. Home Pest Control’s certified technicians inspect the devices on a regular basis to detect the presence of termites. When termites are discovered, the monitors are replaced with termite bait.

The termites consume the bait and return to the colony to share the active ingredients with other termites. In time, the colony is eliminated.

Termite Warranties

Termites are reinfesting insects, which is why it is important to maintain a protection program with our termite damage warranty.

Homeowners’ insurance does not cover termite damage, but Home Pest Control does! Save your home by insuring it against termite damage with a Home Pest Control termite protection warranty. We offer three warranty options that are renewable on an annual basis:

Full Repair
Coverage for up to $250,000 of active termite damage and retreatment.

Substructure
Covers active termite damage to the wooden substructure of the home (subflooring, foundation sills and joists) and retreatment.

Control
Coverage in the event that active infestation is discovered. However, the Control Warranty does not provide for termite damage repairs.
