The South Carolina Wood Infestation Report (Form #CL-100) gives homebuyers important information to help in their real estate decision-making. The report is used to report the presence or apparent absence of wood-destroying organisms and/or their damage. Wood-destroying organisms are termites, wood-destroying beetles, fungi or moisture conditions conducive to infestation.

When should we order a pre-inspection?
You should call for a pre-inspection when you’re getting ready to list a house. Home Pest Control can also submit a competitive estimate for repairs and/or treatment, if necessary.
How long is the wood infestation report valid?
The report can only be used for 45 days from the date of inspection. However, the inspection is not a warranty against future infestation.
What if we need treatment and/or repairs?
We can help with that. Our termite treatment comes with a damage repair warranty that is transferable to the new owner at no extra fee. We are also a licensed contractor, so we can help with repairs. We guarantee our work and offer a fair and reasonable price.
