Home Pest Control offers three warranty options that you may renew on an annual basis:

Full Repair
A Full Repair Warranty provides coverage for up to $250,000 of active termite damage and retreatment.
Substructure
The Substructure Warranty covers active termite damage to the wooden substructure of the home (subfloor, foundation sill and joist) and retreatment.
Control
This program provides retreatment coverage in the event that active infestation is discovered. However, the Control Warranty does not provide for termite damage repairs.
