How it works

Termite monitoring systems are placed strategically around the exterior of your home (about every 10-15 feet) and in common areas of infestation The termites forage in the soil and discover the monitoring stations and begin to feed on the monitors. HOME Pest Control’s certified technicians inspect the monitoring devices on a regular basis for the presence of termites. When termites are discovered, the monitors are replaced with termite bait stations. The termites consume the bait and return to the colony to share the active ingredients with their fellow termites. The active ingredients work as an integrated growth regulator that prevents termites from mating. In time, the colony is eliminated and so is the threat to your home.
